The room was always clean, with comfortable chairs and two double beds, while the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Location--I was there attending a funeral service and this hotel was conveniently situated relative to my family's home.

On entering my room (remember, mid August, I arrived in the late afternoon), the room seemed muggy, not quite dank. I am not a regular traveler and user of hotels and I didn't realize until Day 2 that I needed to trigger the air conditioner to change the room's atmosphere. It was a little thing, I know it now and will do it promptly the next time I travel.

We stayed in a renovated double room, had a delicious hot breakfast with bacon and toast, and the staff were attentive and excellent.

The hotel's location is really close to Manhattan, New York City, Newark, and Atlantic City, making it perfect for day trips. The zoo is just around the corner, and there are pizza places and Chinese food nearby. It's also easy to get to a public park. The breakfast offered is above average, and the rooms are comfy and updated.

The staff were excellent - very helpful with all of our requests and very friendly. The breakfast included hot dishes, such as scrambled eggs and sausage and waffles, a pleasant surprise, plus a large assortment of breads, cereals, fruit, yogurt. It was very good.

Stayed here for 2 nights and found the place to be fancy and spotless. The location was super convenient, right across from the turtleback zoo 🦁. The staff were all really nice and friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious.

An older building with no fancy updates but well kept and a good value in a neighborhood near my family. Excellent friendly helpful staff, quiet comfortable rooms with refrig and coffee/tea in room; breakfast included in room price--not gourmet but varied healthy choices-- and open until 10:30 am, which met my schedule; a fairly well equipped exercise room. In all a pleasant environment that met our needs for a reasonable price.

The room was equipped with central heating, a television, and a writing desk, and the service was outstanding.

Provides basic accommodation. Clean, comfortable, good location with a recreational facility just across the street.

Asked the hotel reception to book a taxi for us. The taxi did not come at the requested time. After calling again, the taxi arrived late. The taxi driver did not know the address. Arrived the destination 40 minutes late.
